Provide learning materials

• English for international integration (EII) courses: From EII 1 to EII 5
• Subjects supported: Students of Hoa Sen University who have registered the above subjects.
• Time: From Monday to Friday The first week of Term.

Morning: From 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Afternoon: From 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Place:

 ⇒ Quang Trung Campus: Lot 10, Street 03, Quang Trung Software Park, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

Note: The location of the room where the documents are received at the above facilities is not fixed, so one week before the delivery date will be announced exactly where the documents will be received.

Note:

• When you receive documents, you must bring your student ID card or ID.
• Check the information about the EII class currently attending on the student app

For example: Information on APP: GE102DV01 – EII 5 – 0100 ⇒ Learning EII 5 Class 100.

• After the deadline for distributing the material, you have not received it yet, please go directly to Quang Trung Library. The 3rd floor, Room A302 to receive the material.

Support account Print, Photo

• Subjects supported: Except for Physical Education subjects, projects, reports and graduation internships, other subjects are supported.

Form of support and usage:

• Each student is provided with a photo account by the school through a STUDENT CARD.
• At the beginning of each semester, after students register for a course and pay tuition fees, the account will be automatically loaded into the Student ID Card.
• Account card used for printing, photo at Quang Trung Photo service photo counter.
• When students print or photo, the money will be deducted from the account. If the account balance is not enough, students must pay more cash, if there is left over for the next use.
• Unused funds from the supported semester’s account will be rolled over and accumulated for the following next semester.
• The account is valid to use during the course of study at Hoa Sen University and expire upon graduation.
• Students can check their personal account information by logging into the Student Management System. 

Note:

• This photo account cannot be exchanged for money or used for other services at the school.
• In case of losing Student ID, in addition to telling the bank, students must immediately notify the Library via phone number 028 7309 1991 (ext 4858). 
• In case of losing a Card that students need photo, please contact 028 7309 1991 (ext 4858) or e-mail askme@hoasen.edu.vn for assistance.
• When using the photo service, students remember to keep the receipt.
