Support for Group Study Rooms

Purpose:

To support readers who need a dedicated space for group study, presentations…, the library currently has 05 group study rooms (02 at Quang Trung campus, 02 at Thành Thái campus, 01 at Nguyễn Văn Tráng campus) to meet this demand.

General requirements:

• A group of 4 to 8 readers

• Maintain cleanliness, no food consumption in the room

• Return supporting equipment for group study when not in use at the librarian’s desk

Registration method:

• Register directly at the librarian’s desk

• Or register online by scanning the QR code below

Note:

• After scanning the QR code, fill in the student information, booking time information, name of the booker, and send it to the email address askme@hoasen.edu.vn

• Readers will receive confirmation/rejection information for booking group study rooms (due to scheduling conflicts, rooms are fully booked).

• Readers should regularly check their email for registration updates.
