The Happy Seed Club (HSC) is organized by The Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership – Hoa Sen University with the aim of providing meditation, yoga, and life skills development activities for its members. Through interactive sessions and exchanges, we aim to build a healthy, happy community, connecting people and providing a peaceful space to relieve academic and life pressures.

In order to organize and develop a shared community, connecting current students, alumni, experts, and businesses, the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership – Hoa Sen University has established the Happy Seed Club (HSC).

With the motto “Sow Happiness, Reap Success,” the Happy Seed Club is committed to creating a healthy soul environment, promoting self-discovery among its members, helping everyone learn and work more effectively, and sharing positive energy with family, friends, relatives, and society. Through themed exchanges and activities integrated with meditation, yoga, and life skills development, the Institute aims to build a civilized, happy community, connecting people and providing a peaceful space to relieve academic and life pressures.

Activity Time: First Saturday of each month, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

First Launch and Activity Day: November 13, 2021 – Theme: “What Do I Need Right Now?”
