FOREIGN LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXAMINATION – Admissions for Master programs at Hoa Sen University ( 3rd Batch July, 2023)
The Institute for Postgraduate & Leadership Studies at Hoa Sen University announces the opening of preparatory courses to assist candidates who have not met the foreign language exemption criteria in the Entrance Foreign Language Proficiency Test for the Master’s programs in Business Administration (MBA) and English Language (MAE).
Preparatory Course Information for the Master’s Degree Admission Test Session 2/2023:
Foreign Language: English (only for MBAT), French, and Chinese
Study Period: 01/07/2023 – 10/07/2023
Schedule: 4 sessions, 12 lessons (18:30 – 21:00)
Tuition Fee: 1,000,000 VND
Format: Online (The class link will be sent to students before 1/7/2023)

Candidates should register an account and fill in personal information at the website http://xettuyencaohoc.hoasen.edu.vn/.
Select “Foreign Language” in the “Language Registration” section and choose “Yes” in the “Preparatory Course Registration” section, translated into English.
Each ID card / Citizen Identity Card (CCCD) can only be registered for 1 application.

Foreign Language Entrance Examination for the Master’s program at Hoa Sen University:
Time: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM on July 22, 2023 (Duration: 90 minutes)
Location: Hoa Sen University: 08 Nguyen Van Trang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Format: Multiple-choice (60 questions on grammar & vocabulary)
Instructions for paying the review course fee:
Candidates can pay the fee directly at the university (cash, ATM card, or international cards: Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, and JCB) or transfer the fee using the following information:

Candidates can combine the review course fee and the registration fee (2,000,000 VND) and specify in the description: Last name and first name – Registration fee and Language review fee
If candidates pay the fee directly at the university, please submit the Review Course Registration Form at the Postgraduate Education Institute (Room 710) before paying the fee at the Finance – Accounting Office (Room 103).
Candidates enrolling in the English Language Master’s program, graduating from a different field of study with English proficiency equivalent to level B2, are required to submit English proficiency certificates according to the Foreign Language Certificate Conversion Chart (equivalent to level 4/6 according to the language proficiency framework of the Ministry of Education and Training). The university DOES NOT organize English exams or review courses for these candidates.
In case the number of registrations does not meet the minimum requirement (at least 5 students per class), the university will not open the class and will provide review materials instead. If candidates have already paid the review course fee, the university will deduct it from the tuition fee upon admission.
The language requirement for both admission and graduation must be the same language.
