Foreign Language Proficiency Examination – Admissions for Master programs at Hoa Sen University, 1st Batch in 2023 (Starting March, 2023)

For candidates who do not meet the foreign language exemption criteria, the Institute for Postgraduate Studies – Hoa Sen University offers preparatory courses to support candidates in the entrance foreign language proficiency test for the Master’s programs in Business Administration (MBA), English Language (MAE), and Tourism and Hospitality Management (MAT).

Preparatory course information:

Languages: English (only for MBA and MAT), French, and Chinese

Study period: 03/06 – 03/15/2023 (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM)

Schedule: 4 sessions, 12 periods (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM)

Tuition fee: 1,000,000 VND

Format: Online (The class link will be sent to students before 03/05/2023)

Instructions for paying tuition:

Candidates can pay the fee directly at the university (in cash, ATM card, or international cards: Visa, Master, UnionPay, and JCB) or make a bank transfer with the following details:

Candidates may combine tuition and application fees.

In case candidates pay the fee directly at the university, please submit the Registration Form for the preparatory course at the Institute for Postgraduate Studies (Room 803) before paying the fee at the Finance – Accounting Office (Room 103).

Note:

• Candidates registering for the Master’s program in English Language, who have graduated from a different major and are required to have an English certificate equivalent to B2, please submit an English certificate according to the Foreign Language Certificate Conversion Table (equivalent to level 4/6 according to the language proficiency framework of the Ministry of Education and Training). The university does NOT organize exams and English preparatory courses for these candidates.

• If the minimum number of registrations is not met (at least 5 students per class), the university will not open the class and will provide study materials instead. If a candidate has already paid the preparatory course fee, the university will deduct it from the tuition fee upon admission.

• The entrance and exit language requirements for learners must be in the same language.
