MISSIONS

The Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership, Hoa Sen University is committed to developing outstanding leaders and change-makers who inspire improvement throughout Vietnam and the international community. Our mission is to provide global standard graduate programs and excellent corporate training courses which promote the improvement of learners to develop the leadership spirit and become upright international citizens by creating an “Integrity and Excellent ” graduate community.

Objectives

Develop Transformational Leaders: To provide graduates the information, abilities, and mentality necessary to lead with morality, resiliency, and empathy, motivating constructive change in their organizations and society.
Promote Innovation and Research: to encourage our instructors and learners to explore Cutting-edge concepts and solutions to address urgent challenges facing Vietnam and beyond.
Promote Interdisciplinary Learning: To offer interdisciplinary courses and learning opportunities that enlarge horizons and encourage holistic comprehension of intricate problems.
Build a Global Network: To establish a dynamic global network of alumni, partners, and institutions that bridges national boundaries and creates possibilities for knowledge sharing as well as a lifetime dedication to learning and growth.
