With a distinguished academic background, Assoc. Prof., Ph.D. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy attained her doctoral degree in Management Science, specializing in Marketing, from France at the youthful age of 29. Drawing from over 15 years of managerial experience, Assoc. Prof., Ph.D. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy has held pivotal roles, including Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism and Deputy Director of the Institute of International Training at Ho Chi Minh City National University. She has also served as the Head of the Marketing Department and overseen training programs in collaboration with esteemed French universities. Dr. Doan Minh Chau presently serves as the Dean of the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership at Hoa Sen University. Additionally, she holds the position of Lecturer, overseeing Marketing and Communications courses within both undergraduate and postgraduate training programs at HSU.
Having earned her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Knowledge Science with a specialization in Marketing from Japan, Dr. Minh Chau brings forth over a decade of experience in the domains of Communications & Marketing. She has contributed her expertise to renowned multinational corporations such as Intel and PepsiCo.
Following six years of immersive study and professional engagement in Japan, Dr. Minh Chau returned to Vietnam to pursue a career in education. Having graduated from the Master’s program in English Teaching Theory and Methods (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, TESOL) at Victoria University, Australia, Dr. Huynh Van Tai possesses a robust academic background. Furthermore, he successfully completed the PhD program in Literature with a specialization in Comparative Linguistics.
With nearly three decades of experience, Dr. Huynh Van Tai has not only imparted knowledge within the English Language Studies program but has also held the esteemed position of Vice President at the Ho Chi Minh City Translation Research Association. His multifaceted expertise and commitment to education underscore his pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape at Hoa Sen University.
Dr. Phan Vo Minh Thang currently holds the position of Dean at the Faculty of Economics and Management at Hoa Sen University. With a wealth of practical experience, he has been actively engaged in teaching within the Master of Business Administration program, particularly focusing on modules pertaining to Operations Management.
Dr. Nguyen Huu Hao currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Logistics – International Trade at Hoa Sen University. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, Australia, and a PhD in Business Administration from the International Business Academy, Denmark.
With over 20 years of experience encompassing various domains such as SME business development, investment, M&A, fundraising, startups, and business consulting, Dr. Huu Hao has established himself as a versatile professional. His expertise extends across multiple sectors including education, e-commerce, e-learning, marketing, F&B, hospitality, gambling, and advertising production. He is dedicated to effectively managing human resources, fostering high productivity, and exploring new markets in the era of Industry 4.0 and 5.0. Dr. Huu Hao firmly believes in the transformative power of knowledge, viewing it as the most potent tool for shaping destinies in any circumstance.
In the realm of international and domestic education, Dr. Huu Hao has contributed significantly to various University and MBA programs at esteemed institutions such as the University of Gloucestershire (UK), Scandinavian Business Academy (Denmark), Swiss Business Academy, AEU University (Malaysia), Kent International College (Australia – Vietnam), Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, University of Economics and Finance, and Foreign Trade University. Moreover, he has served as a Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors and as a Standing Member of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Huu Hao’s professional endeavors have also extended to collaborations with renowned foreign brands operating in Vietnam, including Tiger Beer, Samurai – CocaCola, Samsung, Wall’s – Unilever, Leo Burnett, Philip Morris, and Soeco – Konica Minolta. In these capacities, he has functioned as an advertising strategy consultant or as a key member in project implementation. Through these experiences, he has cultivated a pragmatic perspective closely aligned with real-world practices, enriching his teaching and training endeavors.
Furthermore, Dr. Huu Hao actively engages in chairing and participating in numerous scientific research projects. These projects often explore the application of new technologies to enhance educational processes, modernize individual work methods, and facilitate remote business management. His commitment to advancing societal welfare and fostering entrepreneurship was recognized in 2011 when he was honored as one of ten individuals to receive the title of Outstanding Entrepreneur Lecturer. Dr. Phung Thai Minh Trang currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Banking at Hoa Sen University. With a wealth of experience encompassing research, teaching, and practical applications in the field of finance, Dr. Minh Trang is a distinguished figure in academia.
Dr. Truong Thi Hong Minh holds the esteemed position of Dean at the Faculty of Hospitality at Hoa Sen University. With extensive experience in the realm of Restaurant and Hotel Management, Dr. Minh brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her role. Presently, she actively contributes as one of the esteemed lecturers in the Master of Tourism and Hospitality Management program, further enriching the academic landscape at the university.
Dr. Truong Minh Huy Vu currently holds the esteemed position of Deputy Director at the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Development Studies. His illustrious career has seen him undertake various roles at VNU-HCM, including Deputy Director of ITP, Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Relations and Project Development, Director of the Center for International Studies (SCIS), and Deputy Dean and Head of the Department of International Politics at the Faculty of International Relations, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Dr. Huy Vu’s academic journey is marked by notable achievements, including receiving a full scholarship from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs to pursue his PhD in International Economics and Politics at the University of Bonn, where he defended his thesis with the distinction of Magna cum laude. He has also held senior researcher positions at prestigious institutions such as the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute in Singapore and the School of Public Policy and Environment (SPEA) at Indiana University, United States.
An accomplished scholar, Dr. Huy Vu has contributed extensively to academic discourse through his publications in esteemed scientific journals and policy discussion forums. His research covers a wide range of topics, including power politics in Asia’s contested waters, territorial disputes in the South China Sea, and regional security dynamics. He has co-edited notable works such as the book “Power Politics in Asia’s Contested Waters: Territorial Disputes in the South China Sea” published by Springer Publishing House.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Vu actively engages in consultancy roles for renowned organizations such as the World Bank, the Swiss Federal Bureau of Economic Affairs (SECO), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the German International Cooperation Organization (GIZ). Dr. Nguyen Chi Duy Khuong currently serves as the Vice Dean of the Institute of International Education. With a wealth of experience, he has dedicated many years to teaching within the Master’s program in English Language Studies at Hoa Sen University.
Dr. Nguyen Phuong Lien is an esteemed academician with a rich educational background and extensive professional experience spanning over two decades. Graduating with a Master’s degree in Management from Université libre de Bruxelles – Solvay Brussels School and Ho Chi Minh City Open University in 2007, she furthered her academic pursuits by obtaining a PhD in Banking and Finance (Public Finance) from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in 2019.
Dr. Phuong Lien’s illustrious career encompasses over 10 years of distinguished teaching across various educational platforms, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and corporate training programs. Her expertise extends across diverse subjects within the Economics – Business sector, with teaching engagements at esteemed institutions such as Hoa Sen University, Van Lang University, VILAS, and FMIT Training Institute. Her professional journey includes serving in pivotal positions such as ISO Project Manager, Store Manager (Saigon Woolen Textile Factory), Chief Auditor, Chief Consultant for projects (IQC International Quality Center), Compliance Manager (Rochdale Spears Co. Ltd), and Head of ISO and Director of Compliance Control at Truong Thanh Wood Industry Group Joint Stock Company.

Additionally, Dr. Phuong Lien actively engages in scholarly pursuits, contributing to numerous scientific works on economic, social, and educational topics. Dr. Le Dao Thanh Binh An is an esteemed Lecturer within the Master’s program in English Language Studies at Hoa Sen University. Proficient in English, he has been involved in teaching numerous high-quality programs in English at leading universities and other educational institutions.
With over 20 years of professional experience in large corporate environments such as Huynjin Vietnam and Yakult Vietnam, Dr. Thanh Tiep brings a wealth of practical insights to his academic endeavors. Prior to assuming the role of Quality Director at Multi-Color Vietnam, he held various administrative positions, including Deputy Director and Head of the ISO Department, in other companies.
Dr. Thanh Tiep is actively engaged in research, having led and participated in numerous projects. His contributions have resulted in the publication of 14 scientific works in prestigious domestic and international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (ISI) categories, such as Cogent Business and Management, Transnational Corporations Review, Vietnam Trade and Industry Review, International Journal of Energy Economics and Policy, and Journal of Environmental Management.

Dr. Trinh Cong Tam is an esteemed Lecturer at International University, a constituent college of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. With a wealth of experience spanning several years, he has dedicated himself to teaching subjects in economics, finance, and insurance at both domestic and international universities. Dr. Cong Tam’s teaching engagements have extended to prestigious institutions such as Deakin University in Australia, Sungkyunkwan University in Korea, International University (VNU) in Ho Chi Minh City, and Hoa Sen University. Additionally, he has actively participated in presentations and discussions at scientific conferences and international seminars held in various countries, including the United States, Australia, Turkey, Singapore, Laos, and Hong Kong.
Dr. Cong Tam’s academic journey is marked by notable achievements, having graduated with a Master of Commerce with a specialization in Insurance and Risk Management, as well as a PhD in Economics with a focus on Insurance Economics, both from Deakin University in Australia. Prior to this, he completed the Master of Business Administration program at Hong Bang International University.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Cong Tam possesses nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry, where he has held professional management and sales positions. He has achieved the highest level of certification as a Fellow CIP from ANZIIF in 2017.
Dr. Cong Tam is also a prolific researcher, with numerous scientific research works published in esteemed international journals such as Applied Economics, Economic Modeling, and Economics of Transition, all of which are ranked highly in Australia’s ABDC rankings.
