3. Requirements: detail as Job discription below

– Good at problem solving, handling guest complaint, communication skills

– Can work under pressure

– Good English communication

– Others: good looking

– Working time: split shift 10:30-14:00 & 18:00-22:30 (08 hours/day)

5. Benefit:

– Salary: 3,9 – 4,2 mil

– Service charge + Tip + Incentive (around): 2,8 mil

– Other revenue bonus will discuss directly at the interview

– Meal allowance: staff meal for lunch and dinner (depend on your shift)

– Uniform: 03 sets/year

– Social, health, unemployment, accident insurance

– Other benefit as Labor Law

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Welcome guests and arrange seats for guests at the restaurant

 Presentation of drink list (if needed) and food, record orders of food and bevarage

 Suggestions for guest about promotion program or special food & bevarage to up-selling

 Arrange tables suitable to serve dishes

 Receive and serve the requirements of the guest with appropriate style on time

 Be aware of keeping clean all section at all time

 Send the bill to the guest and recheck about guest’s satisfaction

MAIN TASK VIETNAMESE

– Chào đón khách và sắp xếp chổ ngồi cho khách, sau khi khách vào nhà hàng

– Trình bày thực đơn thức uống (nếu cần thiết) và thức ăn, ghi nhận yêu cầu về thức ăn và thức uống của khách

– Gợi ý những đề nghị cho khách khi ghi nhận các yêu cầu thức ăn và thức uống của khách để đẩy mạnh công tác bán hàng

– Sắp xếp bàn phù hợp để phục vụ món ăn

– Nhận và phục vụ các yêu cầu của khách với phong cách phù hợp và không được chậm trễ

– Luôn ý thức việc giữ sạch sẽ trong quá trình phục vụ và sau khi khách ra về

– Gửi hóa đơn tính tiền cho khách và ghi nhận các phản hồi
