STUDENT SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AWARD – EUREKA 25th EDITION 2023

Maintain the traditional academic playground, promote creative ability, and be proactive in studying and researching for students in Ho Chi Minh City in general and at Hoa Sen University in particular. The Department of Scientific Management – Journal of Science announces the “25th Eureka Scientific Research Student Award in 2023” competition organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union.
You can register to participate with graduation papers in various fields or research topics prepared for presentation at the university-wide student scientific conference. Note: To achieve high scores, you should have your specialized teachers review and provide feedback before submitting your application.
Deadline for submitting registration documents to the Faculty/Department: from 20/8/2023 to 30/8/2023
Deadline for the Department of Scientific Management – Scientific Journal receiving and compiling registrations from the Faculty: from 01/9/2023 to 10/9/2023
Let’s quickly read through the Award Ceremony section to register:
- All authors and mentors of research projects participating in the Award will be awarded a Certificate by the Eureka 2023 Organizing Committee.
- Mentors of students with research projects that achieve First, Second, and Third prizes will be awarded a Letter of Commendation by the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union.
- The prize values for winning projects are as follows for each category:
First Prize: 10,000,000 VND/prize + Letter of Commendation. In addition, the organizing committee will propose the Central Youth Union to consider awarding the Creative Youth Badge to individuals and groups that achieve First Prize.
Second Prize: 5,000,000 VND/prize + Letter of Commendation;
Third Prize: 3,000,000 VND/prize + Letter of Commendation;
Encouragement Prizes: 1,000,000 VND/prize + Letter of Commendation;
Note: Based on actual conditions, the organizing committee may adjust the prize money and structure of the Awards.
