SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE COURSE FOR NEW STUDENTS K23 MAJORING IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Before officially starting the first semester at Hoa Sen University, new students will participate in a series of activities at the beginning of the course – WEEK 0.

Coming to the activity, you will be:

• Student Employment Experience Center, Training Department, Association, Library introduces departments, information about study schedule, exams, activities, contact methods when needed,…

• Get to know and interact with Faculty leaders, lecturers and fellow students in the same industry

• Provide necessary and important information about the English language learning program, projects, experiential activities,…

• Introduction to Academic Advisor and organizational voting for the class

• Learn and interact with the Faculty’s Union-Association, Club

Time: Tuesday, October 3, 2023

• Morning (8:30 – 11:00): Library activities; Training Department, Center of Student Experience and Employment, Union, harvest.

• Afternoon (13:30 – 16:00): Faculty activities

Location: 2nd Floor – Hall 204 – Nguyen Van Trang Campus

Note: This is a mandatory activity, so students remember to arrange to participate in 2 sessions.
