Notification of the EIC learning materials’ distribution

Hoa Sen University Library continues to organise the third round of book distribution to students of HK2033 Phase 2, HK2034, and HK2131. Specific information is as follows:

Time and place to receive documents:

• Thanh Thai Facility (Area C – Room C001), 7/1 Thanh Thai, Ward 14, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City From February 21, 2022, to March 4, 2022 (working from Monday to Friday),
• Morning: From 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m
• Afternoon: From 13:00 to 17:00

Instructions for viewing information about subject and class names:

• To facilitate the quick distribution of documents, students need to carefully check the information about the names of subjects and classes registered on the timetable on the website: http://htttsv.hoasen.edu.vn or view on Hoa Sen APP (diligence section -> Select HK -> View) and provide it to the library when picking up the book.

Note: When picking up books, students bring one of the following documents: student card, identification document (ID card, ID student card, etc.), tuition payment receipt.

In case students cannot come to pick up documents or need assistance, please send an email to askme@hoasen.edu.vn so that the library will note it and provide support later.
