The 21st CamTESOL Conference on English Language Teaching took place from February 14–16, 2025, under the theme “Shaping the Future of English Language Teaching: Innovation, Collaboration, and Transformation” at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC).

Established in 2005, CamTESOL has become a leading professional development conference in the Asia-Pacific region for experts in English language teaching and related fields. Held on a large scale each year, the conference attracts approximately 1,500–1,800 delegates and features 400–500 presentations from over 40 countries. It provides participants with new perspectives, practical insights, extensive experience, and valuable opportunities for professional networking.

The 2025 conference featured plenary sessions on innovative teaching and learning methodologies, future-ready skills, mental health topics, and emerging trends in education in the post-pandemic era and beyond. These topics were presented by international experts and researchers.
Two lecturers, Bùi Yến Ngọc and Trần Ngọc Dung, from the English Language Studies Department, Faculty of Languages and International Cultures, Hoa Sen University, participated in the conference with two presentations on “Assessment Strategies to Support Student Learning” and “Organizing Activities to Foster a Dynamic and Engaging Classroom”. Through the conference, the lecturers had the opportunity to engage with educators from various language centers and universities, both domestically and internationally. Their participation provided fresh insights into educational perspectives and teaching approaches in an era of rapid technological advancement and expansion.
