[ANNOUNCEMENT] SCHEDULE FOR ORIENTATION ACTIVITIES FOR FRESHMEN OF ENGLISH MAJOR, CLASS OF 2023

Before officially starting the first semester at Hoa Sen University, new students will participate in the orientation activities – WEEK 0.

During the orientation session, students will:

• Receive introductions from the Student Employment Experience Center, the Training Department, the Student Union, and the Library about departments, information on schedules, exams, activities, and contact methods when needed.
• Get acquainted with and interact with the leaders of the faculty, lecturers, and fellow students in the same major.
• Receive essential information about the English Language program, projects, experiential activities, etc.
• Be introduced to academic advisors and participate in the election of class organizers.
• Learn and interact with the Student Union, Clubs, and Organizations of the faculty.

Time: Tuesday, October 3, 2023

• Morning (8:30 AM – 11 AM): Library Orientation; Training Department, Student Employment Experience Center, Student Union, and group discussions.
• Afternoon (1:30 PM – 4 PM): Faculty Orientation.

Location: 2nd Floor – Room 204 – Nguyen Van Trang Campus.

Note: This is a mandatory activity, so students, please make arrangements to attend both sessions!
