Vị trí: Business Development Manager (Warehousing)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure the best terms for our company.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the business unit.
  • Team Leadership:
    + Develop and expand the sales team in alignment with the company’s growth. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve set objectives and target.
    + Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
    + Reports to the Managing Director for the time being.
  • Any other job assigned by Superior.
  • Working Place: Binh Duong

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Bachelor’s Degreeor higher in marketing, business management, logistics or any related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing operations and domestic distribution channels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Willing to travel in and out of the country.
  • Computer literate.
