RECRUITING SALES MANAGER FOR HO CHI MINH & HAI PHONG BRANCHES
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Build and manage the Branch’s sales staff.
– Build and develop the Sales Team, responsible for recruiting,
Training and monitoring the working efficiency of the sales staff team
– Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results set by the Board of Directors
– Support and monitor the implementation of business plans, report on business results, revenue and costs
– Build and develop customer and market systems.
– Seek and develop relationships with customers and partners in the Logistics field
– Caring for and building mechanisms for customers to increase inbound leads and maintain revenue
– Identify potential markets and market fluctuations, etc
– Make reports as requested by the Board of Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated from University majoring in foreign trade, import-export, business administration, economics, commerce…
– Understanding of import and export operations, Incoterms; proficiency in office computer
– Have experience in the position of manager/head of import-export business department.
– Ability to build a team and have team management and work arrangement skills.
– Dynamic, good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
– Be proactive and handle situations well.
– Ability to withstand high work pressure.
- Proficiency in office computer.
