Job description
– Search for customers with needs for domestic and international freight forwarding services, introduce and sell the Company’s services to customers;

– Consulting, making delivery plans and signing contracts with customers;

– Resolve customer complaints within the scope of your control;

– Build all-in shipping solutions for customers using fulfillment services, customs clearance services, LCL, FCL shipping. Set up rates, negotiate and sign contracts with customers.

– Always maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new customers in the field of logistics, including services: multimodal transportation, customs services, LCL, FCL shipping services

Request:
– Have basic background knowledge of logistics

– Have knowledge of import-export operations (incoterm 2000)

– Graduated from college or higher in business administration, international trade, foreign economics, international business, logistics, transportation, marketing, economics,…

– Love and passion for business or jobs that communicate a lot with customers;

– Have good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills;
