VINAMILK is recruiting Warehouse Resources and Equipment Generalist

Position: Specialist in synthesizing warehouse resources and warehouse equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Responsible to the Head of Warehouse and Transportation Resource Management Department for:

– Synthesize, analyze and monitor the activities of the warehouse department at the Warehouse Enterprises (EXNKV) and the Supply and Dispatch Department (CUDV) to create a basis for management, comparative assessment and finding opportunities for improvement. Warehouse activities at various locations.

– Synthesize, analyze and coordinate warehouse resource development projects to ensure projects are completed on schedule and resources are improved promptly.

– Participate in developing plans for resources and services related to warehouse operations.

– Participate in implementing, coordinating and monitoring action plans related to warehouse resource development.

– Analyze and evaluate the situation of warehouse operations nationwide based on warehouse operations reports of Export-Import, CUDV department and propose appropriate improvements.

– Monitor and update policies, regulations and procedures on adjusting warehouse operations and standards.

– Monitor and supervise compliance with regulations and procedures on storage and delivery of goods at import-export warehouses and CUDV departments.

– Participate in Supplier evaluation; Synthesize and analyze information of all Suppliers to select the appropriate Supplier

– Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors (Director/Director/Commissioner).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1/ EDUCATION & PROFESSION:

– Graduated from a regular university.

– Priority is given to majors in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management and Multimodal Transport

2/ EXPERIENCE:

– At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position at large-scale companies in the fast-moving consumer goods, food industry or companies in transportation and warehousing services

3/ PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

– Understand the supply chain.

– Knowledge of warehouse management

4/ OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
