Position: SALES MANAGER (FREIGHT Forwarding)

Job Description

The Sales Manager develops, implements short- and long-term strategic sales goals; establishes appropriate account responsibility including recognition of new and repeat business opportunities; reviews and analyzes sales reports to report progress and develop initiatives to refocus on objectives as needed; coordinates with marketing groups to develop appropriate sales informational materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or business segment;
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
• Negotiate and close agreements with customers;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts;
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs;
• Other tasks as assigned by the director.

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (08:00 – 12:00; 13:30 – 17:30), Sat (08:00 – 12:00)

* Location: Rivergate Residence, 151-155 Ben Van Don, District 4, HCMC, Vietnam

Requirements:

• Intermediate Degree in Export/ Import, Foreign Trade,… or equivalent;
• 5+ years related experience Forwarding.
• Industry recognized professional with established key contacts.
• Good communication skills with a customer service attitude.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Be able to work and cooperate with others
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Highly self-motivated and assertive.
