JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform operations for ship agency services;
Develop detailed agency processes and plans for the type of ship you are in charge of.
Guide, follow, check and propose measures to solve problems, urge supplier units to carry out orders that unit leaders have signed.
Draft documents to notify and exchange opinions with ship owners and captains.
Collect invoices and documents related to ship expenses, get the ship captain’s signature for confirmation.
Shipping agents, operators, customs agents and other related jobs related to shipping
Detailed work will be discussed during the interview.
REQUEST:
Male, graduated from Universities and Colleges majoring in Maritime/Transportation/Shipping Economics/Import-Export/Related majors.
English level: Basic reading, listening, speaking, writing
Honesty, carefulness, enthusiasm, responsibility;
Able to absorb quickly.
