Position: Continuous Improvement Supervisor – Warehouse Operation Improvement Supervisor – Bac Ninh
Job description
Assist in developing the CI culture and implementing Toll Operating Platform (TOP) to improve organizational performance.
Support the development of a culture of improvement and implementation of the Operating Platform (TOP) to improve organizational performance.
Monitor and analyze Operation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes.

Lead and direct improvement teams with a core focus on elimination of non-value added activities through 5S, Kaizen, or A3 projects.

Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Lead departments in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.

Job requirements
Bachelor/College’s degree in related field and 5+ years of experience
Graduated from university or college, with 5 years of experience in a similar position
Demonstrated proficiency in Lean tools and techniques.
Proficient in using Lean tools and techniques.
Working knowledge of business processes, operations, and data analysis
Have working knowledge and experience in operational processes, operations and data analysis
Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills
