Position: HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS – HCM

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop business strategies, goals, revenue and profit targets and action plans for foreign market business activities;
• Search, explore, exploit and develop partners and customers in Asian and international markets;
• Build the organizational structure, policies and all activities of the International Business Department;
• Deploy and monitor business goals and plans. Propose to participate in international exhibitions and fairs if appropriate;
• Supervise the implementation of transaction activities, contract negotiations, preparation of documents, transportation, and delivery of import and export goods;
• Develop regulations, procedures and Distributor policies in managing international sales activities;
• Identify common risks in international business activities and establish risk control plans;
• Make periodic reports as requested by the Board of Directors;
• Other tasks as authorized or directed by Direct Manager.

Job requirements

1. KNOWLEDGE

• Specialized qualifications: University graduate or higher majoring in Foreign Trade/International Business/Business Administration,…
• Legal knowledge: Understanding of international sales law

2. SKILLS:

• Foreign languages: Good communication in English
• Informatics: Proficient in using office computers.
• Soft skills:
• Have skills in negotiating, negotiating and persuading customers.
• Time management skills, goal-based management skills.
• Team management skills, assignment, supervision and evaluation of employee work results.

3. EXPERIENCE:

• Work experience: At least 05 years of experience in the position of Head/Deputy Head of International Sales Department or higher or equivalent.
• Used to work for companies in the FMCG industry (dried foods, spices, frozen foods, agricultural products)
• Has worked in many countries in Europe
