Location: Key Account Executive – HCM

Job description

  • Good experience in handling both Import – Export Air & Sea shipments.
  • Ability of solving problems related to both Import – Export Sea- and Air-shipments.
  • Maintain a pro-active follow up of all shipments (especially information updates towards customers).
  • Work closely with Pricing- and Sales-team to deliver high level of Service to Customers.
  • Perform above and other tasks with the goal of operational excellence and always in compliance with the company rules and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Job requirements

  • Responsible team-player, careful and well-organized.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Forwarding/Logistics Industry.
  • Able to work under pressure with personality being Agile, Self-Disciplined, Self-Motivated and also being a “Self-Starter” is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and in team, in spirit of business development/growth.
  • Skills such as Negotiation, Problem-Solving, Time-Management and Planning are advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office,
  • Prefer candidate that has experience with handling of Key Account Customers.
  • Bachelor-degree; preferably majored in Import-Export.
  • Good English skills
