Position: Specialist – Imported Goods Purchase (Knows Chinese) – HCM

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Search and evaluate NCC.

• Contact and interact with NCC to provide goods and services corresponding to the proposed needs of PNJP internal units:
• For old NCCs and exclusive NCCs that have had regular transactions: interact to get quotes, create Contracts/POs with terms that have been reviewed by PNJP Legislation.
• For new NCCs: find out NCC information on reliable, interactive platforms to get quotes; Prepare a table to compare prices, payment terms – delivery, production time of suppliers and propose to select suppliers in accordance with the criteria set by PNJP, maximizing business efficiency.

1. Receiving and processing information related to orders.

• Receive needs for goods and services from PNJP internal units.
• Negotiate commercial terms and draw up Contracts/POs to ensure balance of interests of the parties according to advice from PNJP Legal Department.
• Urging to ensure payment on schedule as agreed in the Contract to avoid affecting delivery time.
• Urge NCC to deliver goods as agreed to avoid affecting production and business progress.
• Timely report to Import and Export Management of cases of late delivery of goods.

3. Manage NCC information.

• Synthesize, manage and update NCC information.

4. Maintain and evaluate NCC.

• Manage, maintain and improve NCC quality through NCC’s operational history to provide timely feedback.
• Carry out periodic NCC assessments twice a year and report to superiors.

5. Perform periodic reports.

• Fully implement weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports and unexpected reports as requested by superiors.

Job requirements

• Degree: University – Major: Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics or related fields

– Foreign language proficiency: GOOD COMMUNICATION IN CHINESE

–  Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

–  Ability to withstand work pressure, skillful, and handle situations well

• Good communication
