Position: Customs declaration officer

Job description:

Receive & check customer documents, prepare import-export documents and carry out customs declaration procedures for shipments.
Carry out customs declaration procedures for shipments.
Prepare documents for CO, quarantine, sub-licenses, specialized inspections… for customs declaration
Support sales and exploitation staff… to keep up with delivery schedules.
Contact shipping lines, partners and foreign offices to resolve matters when necessary.

Candidate requirements:

Qualification: Graduated from College or higher with majors related to customs, import and export.
Experience: at least 01 year of experience in customs declaration of import and export goods.
Foreign language: English – good communication, reading comprehension, speaking and writing.
Office informatics: proficient in excel, words and know how to use related software.
The style is agile, working, peaceful, diligent, hard-working, not afraid of difficulties, eager to learn, self-aware, careful and neat.
Professional requirements:
Understand international trade and logistics, understand types of declarations and Customs laws.

• Experience in liquidity
• Understand and know how to apply appropriate HS/CODE codes for each item.
• Know how to read declarations, types and appropriate tax incentives.
• Read all documents and procedures before customs clearance.
• Declare/transmit declarations and use ECUS5 Customs Clearance software…
• Know how to do basic operations on the national 1-stop system for other services along with Customs procedures (C/O, food hygiene and safety, quarantine, quality, declaration of conformity and licenses from ministries and branches )
• Store records and documents carefully

Salary: 8-10 million/month fixed salary + travel allowance, phone call, lunch
