OPENING CEREMONY OF SCHOOL YEAR 2019 – 2020
Hoa Sen University respectfully invites new students of the 2019 class to attend the Opening Ceremony of the 2019-2020 school year with specific information as follows:
From 8:00 am – 11:30 am on September 9, 2019

- Some notes:
- Regulations on roll call before the ceremony
7:15 – 8:00: Students submit attendance sheets at the reception desk according to each Faculty
8:00 – 8:15: Seated seats according to each department
- Dress code
Women wear white shirts, trousers tucked into pants or skirts that are not too short, and shoes or sandals with straps
Men wear white shirts, trousers, khaki pants, tucking shirts into pants, and shoes or sandals with straps.
- Regulations on maintaining order:
In order for the ceremony to take place in a solemn and serious atmosphere, the Organizing Committee requires students to:
Arrive on time, park your car, check attendance and sit in the correct position as instructed
Maintain general order
Do not leave before the ceremony ends
