Need to recruit: BUSINESS CLERK – DELIVERY
Quantity: 01 JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Dispatching delivery vehicles to ensure customer needs are met • Arranging vehicles and documents to take orders promptly, and finalizing fuel and oil for drivers to ensure on time
• Work and search for shipping units that meet the Company’s goods at competitive prices
• Update sales and customer records, track records of the Domestic Sales Department
• Support the sales department in implementing contracts, quoting prices…, contacting customers to collect pallets and packaging
• Answer questions about the company’s sales policy when customers contact
• Make payments/advances according to Company procedures
• Receive guests, receive and deliver mail to relevant Departments
• Perform administrative tasks of the sales department such as storing records, documents, printing, synthesizing and sending periodic stationery proposals, preparing for meetings or other events. • Perform other tasks as assigned by Department of Welfare:

Income: basic salary 9 – 10 million VND/month + commission
13th month salary, Holidays, New Year…, policies for senior employees.

Graduated from College.
Experience: minimum 1 year, experience in chemical plastic business is preferred.
