Job description
– Search for customers, through B2B e-commerce sites, ALIBABA… according to Lead’s instructions.
– Take care of old customers, develop new customers.
– Research the market for the products the company is distributing, learn about competitors and their prices, and then have a strategy to develop the market in your own way.
– Make quotes, contracts, orders, advances… and track orders, return samples, and refund costs according to the time specified by the accounting department.
– Coordinate with customer care, purchasing, warehouse… to resolve goods quality and product warranty in order to provide the best customer support service.
Job requirements
– Education level: Final year students who have completed the program or just graduated from Colleges and Universities.
– Professional qualifications: Import-Export Business, International Business; Business Administration;… has knowledge of the Import-Export industry and has a long-term orientation towards the Export business.
– Foreign languages: Good communication in English, priority is given to proficiency in another foreign language such as Chinese, Russian,…
– Office information technology: Computer, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive (Sheet, Docs, Slides)
– Work from Monday to Saturday (From 07:50 to 17:00) (Supports 1-2 days off/week if there is still a class schedule, off 2 Saturdays/month)
– Internship duration: 02 months
