Position: Head of International Business Department

Job description
I. JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Building the organizational structure of the International Business Department:
    – Identify target market: suitable for products and customers.
    – Deploy sales distribution channels: Amazon and other international e-commerce platforms.
    – Set up operational personnel such as: floor staff, sales, marketing,…
    – Setup and evaluate the logistics system: Select partners and delivery methods
  2. Process:
    – Develop operating procedures for positions in the room
    – Delivery and control process.

II. RIGHT

– Income from 30,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND/month and possibly higher, negotiable based on ability. Income structure: LCB + sales bonus (% of sales of the International Sales Team according to each period and according to the company’s mechanism)
– Pay social insurance, take 12 days off/ 01 year, leave & full holiday/ Tet bonus
– Buy products from the Company and its partners at special preferential prices.
– Birthdays, March 8, October 20… receive the Company’s dress products
– Salary increase based on capacity and work efficiency
– Probation for 02 months

Job requirements
III. REQUEST

– Have ever operated an international sales model: Amazon or other international e-commerce platforms.
– Have at least 03 years of experience in the field of International Business in fashion or retail (handbags, shoes, accessories,…) to foreign markets.
– Graduated from College or higher with majors in economics, commerce, business and related majors.
– Having English skills is an advantage: Proficient in reading, writing and communication
– Directly built a global sales system from: Marketing, sales, logistics, …

  • Fluency in information technology office.

IV. WORKING LOCATION AND TIME

– Work address: 83 Nguyen Khang, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi, Cau Giay
– Working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Saturday, Sunday off
