Position: Purchasing team leader
Job description
** KITA Group is developing e-commerce in the fields of household appliances, consumer goods, electronic goods… in cooperation with large corporations in Guangzhou, China
- Job description:
o Managing the Purchasing department:
– General management of the work of the domestic and foreign purchasing department, lead time of each type of product, responsible for the overall work efficiency (KPI) of the Department, periodically reporting the results of the Department’s work according to requirements of the Board of Directors;
– Build and develop a system of suppliers of supplies, raw materials, goods and services… for the Company;
– Develop, amend, and update supplier evaluation and selection standards, ensuring fairness, efficiency, and compliance with the Company’s requirements;
– Collect and process information to serve the planning of goods and raw materials to purchase within the required time period;
– Organize periodic evaluations of NCCs and advise and propose to the Board of Directors the selection of NCCs in accordance with set evaluation standards;
– Carry out demand forecasting and develop commodity plans for each short/medium/long-term period, meeting the needs of production and business;
– Control and analyze inventory data, advise and propose solutions to the Board of Directors when planning materials;
– Periodically evaluate international shipping service providers, domestic shipping services, etc.
o Research domestic and foreign product markets:
– Search, evaluate, update the list and manage information of commodity suppliers (domestic, foreign, especially Chinese) to serve the Company’s production and business;
– Research and keep up with product trends and new consumer tastes;
– Report and perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

– Polite and serious demeanor
– Easy-to-listen voice, correct pronunciation
o Qualifications and experience:
– Graduated from University majoring in Logistics Management, Supply Management, Business Management, Import-Export, International Business…
– Have 3 years of experience in a similar position
– Priority is given to candidates with experience working for companies in the field of e-commerce or related fields such as Logistics, Transport, ports, warehouses…
– Skills: good communication, presentation, teamwork, negotiation, planning, situation handling
– Personality: honest, proactive, agile, flexible
o Soft skills and necessary qualities:
– Proficient in Chinese, good communication
– Advantage in English (communication, reading and understanding related documents…)
– Persevere and be patient at work
– Have clear goals, have the ability to communicate and manage teams, and can lead teammates to complete the Company’s goals
– High sense of responsibility, proactive in work and putting customers first
o Other requirements:
– Able to travel to work within and outside the city regularly
