Position: Logistics team leader (Chinese).

Job description
** KITA Group is developing e-commerce in the fields of household appliances, consumer goods, electronic goods… in cooperation with large corporations in Guangzhou, China

  1. Job description:

o Main job:

– Manage the distribution, transportation and coordination of the company’s goods with Logistics service providers according to plan, saving and limiting arising;

– Propose plans to directly manage and improve the efficiency of Logistics activities;

– In charge and supervise sales activities from customer search, customer communication, product development, contract signing, contract implementation and after-sales;

– Plan and monitor logistics services such as warehouse management, freight forwarding, etc. to provide optimal service to customers using warehouse services;

– Propose to develop and update the coordination process of the Logistics system to ensure stable and effective operation;

– Maintain service quality through coordination with operational departments, ensuring customer satisfaction.

o Support work:

– Support the assessment of service quality of service providers to select the appropriate supplier;

– Advise the Board of Directors on strategies, plans and business operations;

– Synthesize, analyze, evaluate data, gather information from the market to propose appropriate business strategies for each stage;

– Analyze data to set up periodic reports and arising reports;

– Report and perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

– Male/Female, Age from 27 – 40 years old.

– Polite and serious demeanor

– Easy-to-listen voice, correct pronunciation

o Qualifications and experience:

– Graduated from University majoring in Logistics Management, Supply Management… or related Economics major (Business Administration, Import-Export, International Business…)

– Have 3 years of experience in a similar position

– Priority is given to candidates with experience working for companies in the field of e-commerce or related fields such as Logistics, Transport, ports, warehouses…

– Skills: good communication, presentation, teamwork, negotiation, planning, situation handling

– Personality: honest, proactive, agile, flexible

o Soft skills and necessary qualities:

– Proficient in Chinese, good communication

– Advantage in English (communication, reading and understanding related documents…)

– Persevere and be patient at work

– Have clear goals, have the ability to communicate and manage teams, and can lead teammates to complete the Company’s goals

– High sense of responsibility, proactive in work and putting customers first

o Other requirements:

– Able to travel to work within and outside the city regularly
