Position: LOGISTICS OPERATIONAL SALES STAFF – HCM
JOB DESCRIPTION

2. Nature and scope of work:
The company operates multi-modal, full-service “door to door” logistics that is not limited to a narrow scope, including:
- Type of goods: Goods packed in containers, general cargo packed in ship holds.
- Mode of transport: waterway, road, railway.
- Business scope: domestic Vietnam and import and export from all regions of the world.
- Infrastructure: warehouse system – station spanning 03 regions: North – Central – South
- Working position: opportunities for rotation and challenges in many different environments: North – Central – South.
You have the opportunity to rotate through many job positions to develop comprehensively, deeply and extensively in the logistics industry.
- Job description
- Negotiate and sign contracts with customers/logistics service providers.
- Planning – organizing processing – post-operational control of loading and unloading port operations – transport forwarding – warehousing.
- Taking care of customers and suppliers in the logistics network.
- Effectively manage and control assigned logistics activities.
- Analyze and report periodically or upon request from leaders on the logistics market situation.

4. Compensation:
- Salary and bonus are individual coefficients, completely dependent on the individual’s ability and contribution to the company, and are reviewed at least twice a year.
- Starting salary: 10-15 million VND/month depending on ability.
- Support travel and accommodation costs for employees according to general company policy

- Bonuses for individuals and groups on holidays and New Year based on the company’s business results and individual contributions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from universities majoring in economics.
- Work experience:
- Have experience working in practical logistics jobs.
– In case the candidate does not have practical work experience, the candidate must have the knowledge and mindset appropriate to the job and be reviewed during the interview.
- Male gender is an advantage
- Age: born in 1995 or later
- Have communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Working mindset: sensitive, flexible.
- English communication and office information technology: good.
- Willing to rotate work locations to Saigon, Binh Thuan, Hanoi, Vung Tau…
- Have passion/effort to pursue the logistics industry in the long term
- Clear goals for personal development, career advancement and income.
