Position: Senior Domestic Manager – FM
LOCATION: HCM CITY
- JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
– Senior Domestic Manager is responsible for building, leading and utilizing the Domestic team under ITL FM. The job involves in improving and controlling the operational procedures, negotiating rates, maintaining customer relations and works closely with internal teams to meet customer’s KPI
– Senior Domestic Manager are responsible for all Domestic BU’s under ITL FM including Air, Sea, Rail and trucking
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Focusing on building ITL FM’s domestic team to ensure team good performance & achieve target.
• To manage staff performance, attendance and quality of work to achieve department goals and reviews
• To organize, measure and take corrective action in order to ensure that service quality meets customer requirements and service standards
• Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time
• Training, coaching staffs
• Maintain and build business for nominated and freehand customers
• Negotiated rates with vendors
• Provide training and coaching to staff & ensuring they are working in their assigned tasks.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to provide best services to customers
• Oversee the team to ensure P&L and service are in line with 5 year strategy
• Perform other duties as assigned
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:
• Min. 5 years experience in domestic operation (air, sea, trucking, rail)
• Min 3 years management experience
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Bachelor Degree
• Knowledge
• Good command in English (A Level)
• Good Computer skills (MS Office)
• Data analyzed
• Budget control
