Position: Import-Export Sales Officer (Chinese)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. SELLING

• Search, approach and establish good relationships with foreign partners to expand the market through channels.
• Receive purchasing needs from foreign partners.
• Conduct consultation and negotiation with foreign partners on the need to import Hoa Sen products (prices, product specifications, etc.), logistics requirements (transportation – receiving methods, ports import, delivery time,..) as well as related content (payment method, payment time,..).
• Report and feedback to superiors on price situation to keep up with general market trends.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Regularly exchange, capture and respond to customer needs about Hoa Sen’s services and products.
• Resolve inadequacies in the purchasing process as well as complaints about service quality.
• Schedule a reception as well as a guided tour of the Hoa Sen factory when foreign customers work in Vietnam.

3. OPERATIONS – EXPORT PROCESS

• Monitor production progress and delivery of export orders.
• Support and liaise with other Departments/Departments in arranging and checking payment, insurance, and freight forwarding operations to ensure work progress.
• Ensure accurate completion of Export-related operations in the Internal Information System

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Level

• Education level: University or higher.
• Professional qualifications: Economics, Law, Business Administration,… knowledge of Import and Export.
• Foreign language: Chinese (advanced)

2. Experience: No experience required, training will be provided, priority will be given to candidates with an export business orientation.

3. Skills

• Communicate, negotiate, persuade.
• Judging, handling situations, managing data.
• Proficient in office computers.

4. Other requirements:

• Look good
• Honest.
• Sense of discipline.
• Have the will to progress, not afraid of difficulties.
• Work pressure
