Position: Logistics Senior Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Control, monitor and process logistics operations. Control, follow and handle export import operation
- Monitor and support monthly disposal of raw materials and machinery and equipment, if any. Support for destruction of scrap weekly, material NG monthly and equipment machine if needed.
- Monitor the comparison of export and import data between Vnaccs and JDE weekly and monthly
Follow the comparison of data export , import between Vnaccs and JDE weekly, monthly.
- Control import and export costs, review estimates and actual monthly costs
Control export import cost, make forecast and actual monthly fee.
- Handle issues related to settlement reports
Resolve all issues the related to annual report.
- Customs correspondence and handling of related issues
Meeting with Customs and resolve related issues
- Contact customers to handle problems with export shipments (if any)
Contact to customers about export shipments (if have)
- Help and advise the team to complete the job
Support, give advice to team to finish the job.
- Monitor 5S and comply with company regulations of finished product warehouse
Supervise 5S and comply with the Company Regular of FG WH
- Track each team member’s work progress
Follow the working process of each person in the team.
- Make reports when requested by superiors/ Make report when requested by boss.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– University level – have specialized knowledge in import-export / University level have knowledge about Logistics.
– To have an experience in import-export over 5 years / To have an experience in Import-export over 5 years.
– Management experience from Supervisor level or higher / Management skill from Supervisor level up to
– Certificates of customs declaration, logistics skills, knowledge of laws related to import and export / Have the certificate of customs, logistics skill, knowledge of the export import law.
– Good at English skills
