Position: Logistic Sales Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search and care for customers who need to use domestic and international freight transportation services, etc. (sea freight services, air freight services, customs services and inland transportation, customs clearance). import/export goods…)
- Introduce, consult, and quote prices appropriate to each customer’s needs regarding the company’s services
- Maintain relationships with old customers and develop new relationships.
- Customer care, regularly updating goods status. Ensure service quality in accordance with Company procedures
- Develop, implement, and report plans and work results by day, week, and month to the Department Head.
- Discuss further during the interview process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Professional qualifications: College, University – International Business, Logistics, Transport Economics…
- Experience: Have at least 01 – 02 years of experience in the field of Import-Export/Foreign Trade/Forwarder/Logistics or related fields.
- Knowledge: Professional knowledge of International Business, Logistics, Transport Economics, Freight Forwarder, Incoterm…
- Skills: Independent working skills, Team working skills; Confident and coherent communication skills, good presentation skills, and passion for business
- Working attitude: Responsible at work; Spirit of learning; Withstand pressure.
