DTP Joint Stock Company expands its branch and needs to recruit 1 purchasing and administrative staff


Job description:
Purchasing staff: (70%)
Research and understand the market and suppliers to find sources of goods, products and services that suit the company’s needs.
Participate in negotiating, comparing and selecting suppliers to ensure quality and reasonable prices.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and meeting company quality standards.
Manage the ordering process, check and confirm receipt of goods, check invoices and pay for completed orders.
Human Resources Administration Officer (30%)
Carry out activities related to recruiting new employees when required
Manage employee records and company contracts
Handle issues related to employee benefits, including insurance, welfare and leave.

Request:
Intermediate or higher graduation
Have at least 1 year of purchasing experience and be knowledgeable about technology
Have basic knowledge of human resources, will receive in-depth training
Have good communication and negotiation skills
Be careful and organize work effectively
Right:
Basic salary: 9 million – 10 million depending on ability
Working hours: Monday – Saturday
