Position: Senior Operations Director
JOB DESCRIPTION
Working location: North, Vietnam (Hanoi, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh,…)
- Develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth across various lines of business
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites throughout North Vietnam
- Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Manage budgets effectively while maintaining financial targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education level
- At least 10 years’ experience managing teams within logistics/transportation sector
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical abilities coupled with commercial acumen
- Advanced English
