Position: Operation Staff – HCM

JOB DESCRIPTION

Vacancy: 02

• Ensure daily operations are completed as per Import/ export procedures.
• Well co-ordinate with relevant team (Sale/ export, Import/ Logistics/ Invoicing) to make sure whole process is properly follow.
• Handle documentation for import- export shipments from get booking until close a file, including main jobs below:

+ Check and update schedules of carriers, airlines, co-loaders as required to clients/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales/client, Get booking with carrier/ co-loader

+ Make all documents (billing, filling AMS/ACI/AFR, sending pre-alert, do payment ….) to finish the import – export process

+ Open customs declarations.

+ Follow and report cargo schedule

• Daily update data into company’s system.
• Assist and report to Operation Manager.
• Others jobs as per BOD’s requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
• Fluent in Chinese (Chinese is preferred), English (listening, speaking and writing skill) – Microsoft office
• High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
• Willing to learn and high motivated.
