Position: Implementation Engineer (Chinese required)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for project planning, program preparation, user training, online support, etc. during project implementation;
  • Responsible for on-site communication and business research with project customers to obtain timely and accurate demand information;
  • Responsible for analyzing, screening requirements and forming required specifications for product engineering staff;
  • Responsible for preparing, updating and publishing project-related documents such as business processes, product manuals, training materials,…
  • Sales support with pre-sales technical support;
  • Any other tasks assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, logistics, management, computer and other related majors.
  • More than 2 years of work experience.
  • Communicate fluently in Chinese/English;
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience implementing warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, express delivery management systems, e-commerce systems, ERP and other systems;
  • Have excellent project management skills.
  • Extroverted personality, willingness to communicate with others, and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Initiative and good team spirit;
  • Good document writing skills;
  • Work diligently, hard and have the ability to withstand greater work pressure;
  • Can adapt to business trips.
