Position:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search, Connect, Communicate with shipping lines and agents.
- Update sea freight quotes for the sales department.
- Complete the set of documents and goods purchase and sale contracts.
- Carry out customs declaration procedures for import and export shipments.
- Make CO documents.
- Track and update shipment route information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge:
Graduated from University with majors in Import-Export and Logistics.
English communication, specialized in import-export. Chinese is also an advantage. - Skills:
Proficient in the field of import and export, understand the processes and regulations in export and import of goods, documents, and import and export procedures.
Proficient in using office skills and ECUS5 software. - Qualities:
Careful, diligent, meticulous, precise. - Other requirements:
Experience: over 1 year of work in the position of Document NV, Sea Freight Quotation.
Can work overtime or on holidays when goods arrive.
