On December 1, 2022, Ms. Vo Thi Bich Thuy – Manager Perm & Consulting at ManpowerGroup Vietnam, had a live chat session with students on the topic “Strategies to Win Over Employers – Insights from Top Human Resources Experts,” organized by the Human Resource Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. During the two-hour exchange, Ms. Thuy shared many practical tips to help students navigate through the CV screening process and make a lasting impression on employers.

With more than 10 years of experience working in the field of human resources consulting at ManpowerGroup Vietnam – the world’s leading Recruitment and Human Resources Consulting Group, and has participated in many career orientation programs for students before, Ms. Thuy understands the employer’s wishes very well and the challenges candidates face in finding a suitable position.

Through this seminar, Ms. Thuy shared valuable insights about the current job market, salary trends, recruitment processes, and provided advice and tips from an expert on writing a professional CV to make a positive impression on employers.

In addition, the students learned how to create a comprehensive CV, from choosing a profile picture and presenting career objectives to avoiding common mistakes that candidates often make when writing a CV. Furthermore, they received guidance and direct CV corrections from the expert advisors at ManpowerGroup Vietnam. This experience allowed them to gain valuable insights into crafting CVs for future applications to top companies and enterprises nationwide.

Especially, through the recent seminar, ManpowerGroup Vietnam also organized Mock Interviews to select 01 talented student who successfully passed the first round of recruitment. Mr. Chung Hien Khang, a third-year student majoring in E-commerce, excellently navigated through direct interview questions with Ms. Bich Thuy. As a result, he received the “golden ticket” to join the ManpowerGroup Vietnam corporation.
