Summary
The strengths perspective is the central philosophy of the social work profession. Social specialists need to master the concepts, principles, and five types of questions of the strengths perspective to practice comprehensive assessment. the client’s existing strengths and weaknesses or in the client’s formal and informal support system. Strengths can include: energy, willpower, ability to overcome difficulties, resilience, positive emotions, experience, awareness, skills, talents, close-knit community, having friends to help, having The organization provides services and other favorable factors to create motivation, increase trust, hope, increase power, and increase capacity for clients during the intervention process.
