We live in the 4.0 technology era with strong development of information technology. Along with the development of technology, criminals using high technology are increasingly diverse and complex. Crime using high technology is a violation of criminal law, caused by people with criminal liability using digital devices and computer networks as tools, illegally attacking websites and databases. , computer, computer network, or telecommunications network intentionally or unintentionally, or use digital devices, computer networks, or telecommunications networks to commit other crimes or infringe upon national security. , social order and safety, endangering society, and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and citizens. Crimes are committed by intentionally using high-level information technology knowledge, skills, tools, and means to illegally impact digital information stored, processed, and transmitted in the system. computer system, infringing on information security and order, damaging the interests of the State, the rights, and legitimate interests of organizations and individuals.
