According to Decision No. 720/QD-NS signed by the Principal of Hoa Sen University on September 6, 2018, the Faculty of Social Sciences was established on the basis of the General Education Program, including Departments and Centers. following centers as of October 1, 2018:

• Department of Liberal Arts Education;
• Department of Psychology;
• Service Learning Center;
• Psychological Counseling Center.
