Legal bookcase awarding ceremony and MOU signing between LPVN Law Firm and HSU Law Faculty

On March 26, 2021, the Faculty of Law in collaboration with the Library – Secretariat of Hoa Sen University organized a ceremony to award a legal bookcase to the HSU Faculty of Law co-sponsored by LPVN Law Firm and ASTRO SAIGON Company Limited; MOU signing ceremony between HSU Faculty of Law and LPVN Law Firm and Talkshow “Students – How to love right?”. 

On the part of partners and sponsors, there was the participation of Lawyer Dau Thi Quyen – Director of LPVN Law Firm; Mr. Ngo Minh Truong – Project Manager of ASTRO Bookcase. On Hoa Sen University’s side, the ceremony was honored to welcome Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Dien – Chairman of Hoa Sen University Council, Associate Professor, Dr. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy – Principal of Hoa Sen University, PhD. Quach Thu Nguyet – Head of the Department of Literature, representative of Hoa Sen University Library – the co-organizer and recipient of the legal bookshelf; Dr. Nguyen Thi My Hanh – Head of the Department of Business Law, representative of the Faculty of Law – the co-organizer of the event and beneficiary of the legal bookshelf.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor. Dr. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy – Acting Principal of Hoa Sen University highly appreciated the dynamism and flexibility of today’s young people and the organization of thematic talk shows with practical and close topics has brought about a New color for Law – a subject that is often considered dry and rigid.

Representatives of LPVN Law Firm and ASTRO SAIGON LLC presented a Legal Bookcase to the HSU Law Faculty.

Following the program was the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement (MOU) between LPVN Law Firm and Hoa Sen University Faculty of Law, marking the beginning of strategic cooperation between the two parties. 

Representative of Hoa Sen University, Associate Professor, PhD. Nguyen Ngoc Dien congratulated the bilateral cooperation and hoped that this event would open the door for many projects and plans between LPVN Law Firm and the Faculty of Law in the career of educating and training a generation of elite Law graduates. Hoa Sen University follows the motto “Learning for Leadership” and focuses on practical application.

Lawyer Dau Thi Quyen – Director of LPVN Law Firm

Representative of LPVN, Lawyer Dau Thi Quyen – Director of LPVN Law Firm, the unit that accompanied the Faculty of Law in the early days of its establishment and contributed opinions in building the training program, also expressed confidence in bilateral cooperative relationship and desire to contribute our social responsibility to the education and training of the Law profession in particular and the legal profession in general.

The MoU signing ceremony was conducted between Dr. Nguyen Thi My Hanh – Head of the Department of Business Law and Lawyer Dau Thi Quyen – Director of LPVN Law Firm in the presence of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Dien – Chairman of the School Council, and all lecturers and staff of the Faculty of Law.

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation, the two sides commit to the following main contents: Commitment to comprehensive support and cooperation in training programs for students of the Faculty of Law; Commitment to accepting students from the Faculty of Law to visit, study, and intern at LPVN and partner companies and alliance members; Committed to accompanying Hoa Sen University’s Faculty of Law in terms of image and brand in media events; Committed to donating 200 books to the Library, Lecturers, and Students in the 2021-2022 school year.

The remaining time of the program is an exchange with Lawyer Dau Thi Quyen – author of the book “Unique Women” and talk show “: Students – How to Love Right?”. 

The conversation took place enthusiastically and enthusiastically with speaker Dau Thi Quyen’s very frank sharing revolving around the topic of Love in Students. In addition, the talk show also gives students a more scientific and objective perspective on Love with the participation of MSc. Vo Thi Ngoc Tran – Lecturer of International Trade Law. MSc. Ngoc Tran gave very specific examples and situations in real life along with evidence from legal regulations.
