The academic program of June 2020 showed us that, in Arendt’s conception, political power has a very positive meaning, it is completely different from domination, coercion, imposition, and forced obedience. Come in and. The July 2020 program will continue to clarify the concept of “Violence” in Arendt’s politics. With the revolutionary nature of her thinking, she also brought a very new connotation to the concept of violence, which is understood as a tool of politics. Arendt understood violence in a completely different way than usual.

Dr. NGUYEN THI TU HUY
Nguyen Thi Tu Huy is currently Head of the Department of Liberal Education at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Hoa Sen University. She defended her doctoral thesis in French Literature in 2008 and her doctoral thesis in political philosophy in 2018, at Paris Diderot University. Her literary studies focus on contemporary literary theory, especially with authors: Barthes, Ricoeur, Genette, Foucault, Deleuze, and Derrida. With an interdisciplinary approach, she interrogates several issues at the intersection of the social sciences and humanities: the relationship between creation and reception, between logic and feeling, problem interpretation, the disintegration of identity in contemporary times, and the breakdown of subjective and symbolic structures. Her recent research in the field of political philosophy is based on the thoughts of contemporary philosophers: Arendt, Deleuze-Guattari, Lefort, and Havel, from which to develop thoughts on today’s political issues. now. She is the author of two books ( Alain Robbe-Grillet: truth and interpretation, Writers Association & DaiViet Book Publishing House, 2009, Social Life 2nd reprint, 2019. Writing – loneliness and strength, Hoi Nha Publishing House Van, 2014), articles in collective works (Alain Robbe-Grillet: Balises pour le XXIe siècle, Presses Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris, 2010), and articles in Vietnamese and international magazines.
