The ASEAN-CHINA-INDIA Youth Leadership Summit 2024 Competition Officially Opens Registration

ACIYLS (ASEAN-CHINA-INDIA Youth Leadership Summit) 2024 is an international competition for creative ideas and green startups. The competition is being launched across 12 countries in the Asian region. This will provide a platform for young warriors, where your students’ creative “selves” can be freely expressed. From there, ignite your passion for innovation, sustainable development, to improve living standards and nurture a brighter, greener future.

The theme of this year’s ASEAN-China-India event is “REIMAGINE: ECO-CITIES” with the content revolving around 2 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – #7: Green Energy and #11*: Sustainable Cities. This is a playground for students aged 18 to 25, a place to inspire and encourage creativity of young people who are passionate about entrepreneurship, business and care about sustainable development in the region and globally.

?COMPETITION RULES: 

• A team must have 5 members (if lacking members or don’t have a team yet, the organizers will assist in forming teams).
• Each contestant is a fixed member in 1 team. Must have an English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ or TOEFL 80+. Or you can directly test your English ability at Link: https://testizer.com and capture the result.
• Contestants must provide their IELTS certificate to the organizers (if taken) or the result after taking the English proficiency test, by attaching it in the competition registration form.
• The registration period for the competition is from April 16 to June 7, 2024

? ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Contestants must currently be enrolled at universities or colleges in Vietnam.
• There are no restrictions on the field of study for applicants.
• Contestants must be between 18-25 years old.
• Contestants cannot be members of the teams that won 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in the 2023 ACIYLS national or international competition.

  • 2nd Place: SGD 5,000
  • 3rd Place: SGD 3,000
• Receive guidance for 3-6 months after to further develop the idea and become a mentor for the next season’s conference. Receive support from mentors, attend training sessions with international experts, and have opportunities to network and collaborate with young leaders from other countries.
