The A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship (ACIS) seeks to draw candidates aiming for a PhD in computing and information science (CIS) fields.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all Singaporeans and other nationals.
• Non-Singaporeans must hold a degree or be on their way to obtaining one.
• Have a second upper-class honors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Applicants in the last semester of their final year of undergraduate study are eligible to apply.
• Having a keen interest in CIS.

Service Commitment

There is a 3-year service commitment. Non-Singaporeans must work for 3 years in any Singaporean-based company related to CIS disciplines.
