Ma. Phu Truong Thang is currently the Deputy Director of the International Training Institute at Hoa Sen University and teaches courses in Tourism and Hospitality Management. He earned his Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from GBSB Global Business School (Spain) and has 5 years of experience in the tourism industry, having worked at Bangkok Airways, Golden Tours, and Drive Vietnam.
Dr. Ian had a successful career in sales management in London before transitioning to higher education after completing his MBA. He led international programs at Aberystwyth University and Swansea University, then joined De Montfort University as Associate Dean for International in 2019, where he also taught Management Skills and was appointed as a Visiting Professor at Beijing City University.

Dr. Minh Chau earned her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Knowledge Science, specializing in Marketing, in Japan. She has over 10 years of experience in Marketing Communications at multinational corporations such as Intel and PepsiCo. She teaches Marketing and Communication courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, focusing on building an elite learning community centered on students and fostering a professional development environment rich in opportunities for knowledge and experience exchange.
Mr. Duncan Hepworth, Director of Global Partnership Development at DMU since 2017, is responsible for developing transnational education partnerships in Africa, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and the Americas. He has over 20 years of experience in the education sector, including 5 years working with international organizations and agencies

Experience in teaching Marketing-related subjects at Can Tho University of Technology and teaching assistant for Marketing and Digital Marketing courses at Ulsan University. Dr. Edward Hockings earned his Master’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and International Relations from King’s College London and his Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of the West of Scotland. Additionally, he has 12 years of experience in training and teaching.
Ma. Mike Gibson is currently a lecturer at De Montfort University, Leicester campus. He earned his Master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Development from the University of Leicester. He has nearly 10 years of experience teaching language in various countries.
Ma. Ngo Dinh De has over 5 years of experience in senior management positions at Vietnamese companies in fields such as logistics, manufacturing, and trade.
