Talented Managers: Behind a successful project is the efforts of talented HSU students
After 4 months of competition, from 33 teams from universities across the country, the Talented Managers Contest 2023, a playground organized by students of Hoa Sen University (HSU), has found the owner of the awards. The final round of the competition has just taken place on the evening of July 15, 2023.
Attracting students from many universities
The Talented Managers Contest is a specialized playground for business administration for students from all universities inside and outside Ho Chi Minh City. The contest provides an opportunity for young people to know how to flexibly apply the knowledge they have learned into practice, while stimulating creative ideas and realizing business ideas. At the contest, students also had the opportunity to practice teamwork skills, skills to build useful business development plans, leadership and leading skills; Connect other groups of contestants with ideas, investors and businesses, thereby having the opportunity to receive funding to invest in project development.

The contest has attracted the participation of nearly 200 students of many universities in Ho Chi Minh City such as: University of Economics and Law, University of Banking, Van Lang University… The final round with the participation of 4 teams ended successfully with many emotions.
With 3 rounds of competition and many challenges from judges and mentors, 5 best groups of contestants with 5 ideas and business plans participated in the Final Round and criticized with the Jury. They are talented managers full of enthusiasm and effort. Congratulations to the best projects:

The success of a program “made by” HSU’s students
Unlike many external competitions, at Hoa Sen University, most competitions and events are professionally operated and organized by students. This is a difference and an opportunity for students to real study, real practice, apply knowledge and skills to the real playgrounds.
Throughout the 3 rounds, from formatting, content of the rounds, calling for sponsors, taking care of contestants, communication, marketing and event organization are all done by the students themselves. The 4 months of Talented Management is the growth journey of 39 HSU students in the role of Organizer, under the guidance of 14 lecturers of the Faculty of Economics – Business. At the same time, there is the companionship and trust from businesses.
The Talented Managers Contest has created a platform not only for contestants but also organizers to demonstrate their talent management, creative thinking and leadership skills. This is not only a competition, but also a valuable experience that helps students develop and prepare for careers in the field of business administration.
